Bad Breaker?

I suspect the load is too great for the breaker or there is a fault. Start turning off items drawing power one at a time.

The A/C units are the biggest load . If you have 2 , they will trip the breaker if they are trying to start at the same time. Turn off all the breakers on your panel , then start the generator and turn the breakers on and off one at a time to see if it is one breaker causing the generator to trip.

Thank you not the gen set. The two converter reverse battery polarity protection

fuse are blowing. I take it that this means a battery connection is wrong.

All 4 batteries are correct. Help

What devices are you trying to use? You can find a list that shows wattage, but hidden big load can sometimes be CONVERTER/ CHARGER from a dry/ defective coach BATTERY TRYING to charge

Has CONVERTER BEEN WORKED ON/ CHANGED, WIRES REVERSED? Can probably check at terminals on the FUSE PANEL next to converter? Turn battery DISCONNECT OFF, A/C OFF, and check CONVERTER BATTERY CHARGING VOLTAGE, then turn Meter to ACV and check AC Voltage component on the charging poles (reflection of good/ bad capacitors in converter); if reading is several volts AC versus <1-volt, CAPS maybe going bad in CONVERTER.

ALSO CHECK BATTERY WATER AND CHARGING VOLTAGE; if battery has bad cells (cell/ two boiling dry), charging current maybe maxing out trying to charge; DISCONNECT battery and check battery voltage when NOT charging. WEAR SAFETY GLASSES/ FACE SHIELD, BAD BATTERIES MAY EXPLODE FROM HYDROGEN GAS w/ spark.
