Adding a split screen moniter and wirless cameras

HI!! We have only had our new BT cruiser a few months and want to add a few things. It does have backup camera in it with the monitor in the dash. We want to add a wireless rear view system with a split screen monitor a rear camera and a camera on each side for blind spots this would be on while we are driving. We will be occasionally pulling flat a 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid. The dealer we bought from is over an hour away and way backed up on service appts.Would a local RV trailer dealer be able to install it or a business that installs the same on autos? We would do it ourselves since it is wireless but we have no idea where to put the cameras on the sides and drill in to find 12v wires to hook up too. Any advice???
The RV is at the dealer now fixing a few things from our 1st "shakedown cruise". We are also paying to have the right side dinette bench seat moved so it's back is against the exterior wall so it is L shaped. Then I will add my own table. This gives a little space between the dinette and the sofa for a small cabinet to hold a laptop and printer.
What is the easiest way to put up towel bars? We have vinyl wallpaper and command strips just don't seem to want to stick to it more than a day. Thanks!!!
