Most of the time there right above the entry door should be 2 switches side by side

Question Explain!

Are you talking about getting 110v using the inverter or are you talking about ground power from your home?

You have 2,3 or 4 power systems in your motor home, ONE is clearly working.

They are:

The 12 volt chassis (Vehicle) system: It is working (Engine starts)
The 12 volt HOUSE system (Lights, Water pump, control power for Fridge, Water heater, Air conditioenrs etc) I am not sure if this is working or not, often the gneerator is on the "House" side of the disconnect switch and if that is the case it is working, Steps can be on the chassis battery, (So can generator though so I do not know.

Then there is the 120 volt main system (Powered by shore or generator)
And the 120 volt SUB system (optional, powered by the 12 volt batteries via an inverter)

The answer depends on what is not working.

Assuming the 12 volt house system (lights etc) look for a switch, often just inside the door, often more easily operated if you are OUTSIDE the motor home (Even if it's inside, on the side of the step well) after that your master panel, swich may be labeled AUX or USE/STORE
