Black smoke

I have 93 tourmaster with 300 cummins we just had it serviced everything air filter changed oil and all filters. When you accelerate puffs of black smoke comes it goes away after awhile but it is really bad when you start off what could be the problem.

Black smoke = not enough air. Could be a crack in an air intake boot or a loose air intake clamp possibly. Is it possible to have someone at the rear of the coach and listen for a whistle while the engine is under power?

You may have a boost leak. Have someone listen for a hissing sound when you get the smoke.
