Get a look at all maintenance and repair records and go from there. Asking price sounds OK it all depends on area of country. We are selling at wholesale levels in this neck of the woods.

I personally don't sell units; I am a technician but you can check out RV dealers in the Chattanooga, Tn area for prices.

If it's brand new and not been tittled, I believe the chassis should come with a 3 year 36,000 mile drive train warranty from Ford and 5 year unlimited mileage on corrosion/rust through with 5 year roadside assistance. What kind of warranty are you getting from Gulf Stream/Tom Raper on the coach?
Pete

Another thing is that I believe the new model year for Gulf Stream is July 31. Make sure you check out the VIN # and see if the Chassis is an 09 or a 2010. You're essentially looking at purchasing a two year old coach with 2600 miles on either a 2 or possibly 3 year old chassis. I've read that Gulf Stream can be pretty tough on honoring warranties if they feel the unit has been on the lot too long. Or, you might use these items as reasons Tom Raper should reduce the sales price. I've been told that their mark up is 35% of MSRP on a new unit. You'll be doing them a favor by taking this one off the lot for them. Don't get me wrong, I own a 2007 BT 5291 and I'm delighted with it after getting everything on my checklist repaired under warranty by the factory and dealer during the first year of ownership.
