Carpet Replacement

Hello fellow Gulf Stream owners,
We are trying to replace our carpet with the factory kind or a similar design so we only have to replace the high traffic areas. Anyone know where to find the same or similar design and color. I’m sending pics. Thanks everyone,

You are probably not going to be able to find the exact carpet. Carpet mills have dye lots and change patterns regularly. Most carpet installers know this and insist on using carpet ordered at the same time.

Check at carpet retailers and see what they have. I was thinking of replacing ours also. Ours is still in pretty good shape, but my wife does not like the almost white color.
We saw some nice carpets, but they told me that to install the carpet I would have to take it to an RV repair facility because they would have to remove the slide in order to do a factory type job.

I have not had time to check to see what the cost would be, but I am sure it is not cheap. The carpet was like hundred and ten dollars a square yard.
