Crescendo 324 Powergear Slide out

Hi gang,

My driver's side slide out is not working without using a teaching pendant it works fine with it.

The switches inside the coach won't control the slide (but will control the slide lock).

The driver's seat is fully forward, the parking brake is on and the motor is running.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram or suggestions? The PowergearUS. com diagnostic docs say to contact the OEM.

Thanks!

If you have an opposing bed it may be one that has to have the head section raised to give clearance for the slide out to come in. If so there is a safety interlock switch under the head area of the base platform. If this switch is not set (proof the head is raised) the circuit is not completed to the slide out controller. Also the lock mechanism has interlock switches that do the same thing; break the circuit for the slide out controls. Good luck and keep us posted.

Thank you for your quick response Mike.

It's fantastic that a real tech like you is willing to help.

I'm looking into the bed situation. It looks as though I need to take the platform apart to find that switch. I'll do that later today.

I tried jumping the switch under the seat and that did not work.

I could not find a switch on the parking brake. There is a switch to put the jacks up if the brake is released but I don't see anything else.

Highest regards,
