Crescendo Block Heater

Hi, I have a Gulf Stream 2008 Crescendo, Cummins 330. For some reason, I can't seem to locate a block heater. There is a circuit breaker labeled "block heater". Does anyone know where there is a switch or a cord that can be plugged in?

My block heater switch is also on the bed frame and is lighted. The cord is in the electrical compartment along with a receptacle.

Mine has an outlet in the bay with the charger/inverter that is controlled by that breaker. The cord there plugs into that outlet to power the block heater.
