Has anyone accessed their engine compartment through the bedroom in 38 foot Crescendo? I am changing the thermostats which should be pretty easy once I can get to them. I believe you can access under the bed, but don't see any identifiable access panels and from underneath all I see is cross beams and insulation, which is probably a good thing.

If you raise up the bed and prop it up so it won't fall on you there is and access panel located on the left side looking from the foot of the bed. It's the raised area. Should be several screws holding it down. If your's is the same as mine "2006" you have to remove the small access door at the of the bed and remove the small storage compartment.
I would be interested in any problems you have had with yours.
What year? Is it a 8386?
Bill

Ours is a 8356, I removed the engine compartment and have the thermostats out and now am making sure I have all of the old gasket out before I put it back together. I am running hotter than normal so I am changing the thermostats and will clean the radiator and intercooler again just to make sure. Other than that we haven't had any problems at all, we are enjoying it the 8 months we have had it.
