dash light symbol

there is a symbole light that sometimes comes on in my motorhome. it looks like a fuel pump despenser,with hose on the side and a [ ! ] in the middle. it is red in color and goes off after a period of time

Sounds like a low fuel warning light. What is the fuel level show when it comes on?

3/4 full this time ,but it has happened before with a full tank. dosent seem to matter how much fuel there is in the tank. i was thinking it must be sign for something else because of the tank fuel level,but it would indicate a ''fuel something'' . it goes out after a period of time, 5 to 15 minutes and dosent come back on ,after it goes off, when i restart.

I would call the manufacturer of the chassis and pose this question to their tech support staff.
