Draining Fresh Water Tank

Now I know this should be a simple procedure, But my fresh water tank will not drain when the petcock is opened. I have opened faucets, disconnected the breather pipe and even tilted the coach still not draining. The fresh/city valve was also removed to look for blockage. I am out of ideas here. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
TIA

Lee

Can you see your fresh water tank and does it have water in it? I would go back to the drain off fresh water tank and stick a wire up thru petcock and see if the water starts flowing. When they drill for drains or fill access holes the plugs will stay in tank for future problems like yours. Not sure how you can remove unless it gets lodged in hole of petcock than you can grab with needle nose pliers and pull out. May have to remove petcock also.

That was the first thing I did. I even disconnected the water line above the city/tank valve all that came out was thimble full. There is atleast 10 gal. still in the tank.
