Friendship G7 / G8 Atrium ?

I'm looking at moving up from my gasser, and these atrium / sunroom floorplans have really caught my eye. at least from the pictures, they do not look like a "trailer" inside, not at all. and the badrooms and bathrooms appear very large.

I really do need to see one in person.

In the meantime, any sunroom owners out here?
What feedback do we have on these coaches?

It looks like the G7's were made from early in the decade through 2006.
I only see 2007 G8's, nothing newer. Was that the only year? and the G8's had hydrohot, a nice touch.

As long as you keep them out of the hot sun many have loved their Atrium. Make sure any you look at have the solar screen awning that comes out over the Atrium slide out. As always find the maintenance records, have the coach inspected by a qualified technician and mechanic on the drive train, suspension and brakes. Good luck and keep us posted.

We have an 04 G7 and really enjoy the sunroom. I agree that you definitely want the awning you can open over the top of the sunroom to help keep the heat down.
We have been very pleased so far and have had no issues to speak of. First big expense will be next week, putting on all new tires.
