I have a HydroHot heating system in my GS G-7 of which works fine but in the confines of my home parking garage gives off unsafe fumes. I was experimenting with furnace system when I found that if diesel HydroHot is turned off and electric left on I still get some heat, not as fine a heat but seeming enough to keep coach at 50 when temp outside is upper twenties. This is from front and rear units if both set on control board. Is this due to simply air being passed over hot water (of hot water heater) coils then blowing thru vents because I have furnace unit on at control board per front and/or rear? While I like the idea of electric heat rather that diesel when in confined parking, I am concerned that there is heat going to lower water compartment and basement. So far it has not been cold enough in my area to give great concern but if temp drop to 20 outside then I either need to keep HydroHot on or drain MH of water. Can anyone enlighten me on mechanics of the two units, electirc versus deisel?

Thanks.

In the operators manual it states the Electric Heating Element is a secondary heat
source for heating both the interior and the domestic hot water during low
heating demand situations (such as when moderate ambient temperatures
exist and/or when there is a low demand for domestic hot water).

An electric heating element in the Hydrohot is heating the hydrohot water.

Archieved Manuals are located at: Aqua-Hot Heating Systems Inc.. Download the operators manual for your model and read up on it.

AquaHot also has what has been described as a very helpful user forum. Do a search for AquaHot here on IRV2 to find related threads that point to the forum website.
