G7 owners

Looking at a 2006 G7 8411 32K miles, 2010 tires, standard options (which to seem to be many that are optional in many companies, such as Hydro Hot), dual 15btu AC w/ heat pumps, and new 400 HP Cummins (5K miles on it). Couch is excellent in cleanliness (someone was an awesome housekeeper). Price seems right with satisfying trade offer. Another plus is that I have talked with previos owner who did not hesitate to agree that GS had terrible customer service but nevertheless he and wife lived in it 365 days a year and found it time to trade because of business 5 yr depreciation is up. Felt all problems were fixed other than leak on ice maker of which dealer is aware. PO had recently installed nice 42" LG LED in front also.

Anyway, my question is there any G7 owners of model near 2006, any pros and cons.

Gulfstream was certainly not the brand of RV I meant to possibly buy but my wife loves it, I admit to liking the many extras (400hp Cummins, TVs, satelitte, mid-low mileage, 2010 tires, etc), and being able to talk with previous owner, plus a 3-year warranty in deal, all makes this unit look good.
