I have a 2008 GS Super Nova Conquest on a International 4200 chassis with a VT365 (300 HP engine). I can not determine the fuel capacity. The brochure says 70 Gallons but I've put in over 100 and the gage did not show empty.
Anyone know what the capacity might be?
Also does anyone know how often or what determines the activation of the fuel transfer pump?

Thanks for any info.

You mean 'full'?

I'd say you have an optional 'long range' tank. What size it is, I cant guess...You could always go till it sputters, then fill it full... bring lotsa cash though

According to Goof Streams web site it has a 140 gallon tank.
I would suspect that's what you have.
Amazing what you find out on a manufactures site.

I have a Super Nova also and it has twin 70 gallon tanks on it. International installs the right tank as standard equipment on it's chassis and adds the left as optional giving you 140 capacity. The gauge only reads the right tank, and as I understand it the transfer is basically a balance tube between the tanks. So far I have run the coach with the generator in use for 750 miles and still had about 20 gallons left. There is a fuel economy read out in the speedo (scroll through the trip odometer settings) and I use that to help maximize my fuel. I am going from Michigan to Florida soon and am going to see how far I can go before the low fuel light comes on.
