Hello, I am new here and this is my first post so if I do or say something stupid, let me know please. I own a 2003 Gulfstream Independence class A motor home. For the last two or three years the dash a/c air flow hoses ahs been covered with condensation whenever I use the a/c. There is so much condensation dripping from the hoses that it has ruined our carpet and is slowly working on the flooring. I have checked the drain plug and it does not seem to be stopped up. What could be causing that much condensation on these hoses? thanks,
Deryl

First... Welcome to iRV2.... I have never heard of a AC hose leak enough water to ruin a flooor... Could it be a leak from the cooling system? What chassis is the GS on?
Maybe you can ask the question on that chassis forums. Are we talking about winter or a humid summer? Just trying to think... D

What part of the country are you in? Make sure there are no air leaks where the heater and evaporator box is installed on the firewall. Also make sure the air damper for fresh iri closes or tape it completely off. You could have a crack in the bottom of box letting any or all condensation leak out inside the coach. Or it is as has been stated a coolant leak from the heater core. If you have manual valves near the engine, you could close them off and recheck for leaks. Good luck and keep us posted.

thanks guys for the welcome and all the great ideas. I will follow up on them. We live in South Texas, a small town named Rockport which is close to Corpus Christi. We use our motor home for business and pleasure. The motor home is on a Ford F550 chassis.
