Just purchased a used Gulfstream pusher only to find out they do not service at the factory, who has the best name out there for service (slide adjustment-new door and slide seals-rubber roof relacement) and do not care where you purchased it

Where are you located right now? Or are you headed to a warmer area for the winter?

Give Newmar a call.

800.731.8300

They now work on all makes and models, and are a couple of miles from the Gulfstream factory in Nappanee.

I have been to RV One in Elkhart, IN. to have work done on my coach. I attempted numerous times to schedule work at the factory and was given the brush off. They did refer me to RV One.
The work we had done was a gasket replacement on the main slide, interior items that were out of adjustment, generator. Also had the passenger seat replaced.
We also went to Freedom RV in Tucson immediately after purchasing the coach for entry door adjustment, bay doors needed adjustment and touch up paint work.
Having talked with individuals who at the factory when I was there, they were less than pleased with the results of the work and in some cases had problems caused by GS when they returned the coach.
I had friends staying at Newmar and they praised the work done there. Coach returned daily with a detailed list of the repairs completed, etc.
Last time I experience that type of customer service was when I owned a Winnebago.
Now that I am out of warranty, I won't even deal with GS. They would not return my calls when I was in warranty, so I feel the same level of customer service will continue.

Check your messages. I sent one a few days ago but did not hear back from you.
