Have been lurking for a while and decided to join today. Love the forum, great info here.
I have 1993 Gulfstream Tour master, have several questions that I hope I can get info for.
1. lost ac on only one side of coach. All plugs out. Not finding any CB or fuses. Anyone have a suggestion?
2. Have a switch with a red light below the water heater switch in the kitchen anybody know what it goes to?
Pic I hope below.

My rig has all of the outlets on one side wired to one breaker in the panel and all the ones on the other side in another breaker. Try resetting the breaker on the affected side first (sometimes you can't tell they are tripped). Still no AC, then try and reset all your GFCI outlets. Might be one of the "outside" ones maybe hiding in a storage bay. Logic dictates that is should be one on the affected side but I wouldn't trust that logic 100%

If your water heater is both gas and electric, one switch may be for gas and the other for electric.

Hello and and to the Gulf Stream Owners Forum. We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. If you have an inverter be sure to check any circuit breakers on it. Otherwise start at the transfer switch and be sure both legs are hot from power cord or generator power. Another place to look is all of the GFI receptacles; there may even be some outside in compartments. They are easily tripped and many time controls others down stream. Good luck and keep us posted.

That happened to me once on my old coach. Turns out I lost a leg in the 50 amp service. Campground fixed it and no problem. If you are in fact plugged into 50 amp . go check the pole with a multimeter. You should have 120 vac on each leg. If you're not plugged into 50 amp service and still have this problem I'm sorry I have no suggestion

I have a 2008 so I don't know if there are any similarities, but...
Mine has a 12v fuse panel and 120v breaker panel on the wall panel under the fridge.
The switch with the red light may be for the electrical heating element in your water heater. If so, you can use ac and propane both and never run out of hot water, or just ac and save the gas.
