Insulating cabover

We have an Enduro Class C. We would like to know if we can insulate the inside of the cabover behind the entertainment area to keep out the cold without having any problems? If so, what type of material can I use? Thanks.

I think some batten type insulation would work fo rhte majority but you could also use foam in the tight areas.

I think Mike has a good idea with the spray foam. The foam would be less likely to settle downdue to vibration and bumps while going down the road.
