Had the coach in for some adjustment after our initial shake down. One of the items on the punch list was the shower door biding and leaking at the bottom of the door.

Dealer replaced the door and placed a drip rail on the inside that was missing. Picked the unit up two days ago and had them fill the water tank so I could test the shower.

Well it still leaks were the drip rail ends on the hinge side of the door not as bad as it did but if you hit the door just right with the spray it leaks.

Was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem and what fix you used.

on our 2004 ultra supream i took the wiper off the bottom and turned it 180* so it angled into the shower instead of out. hope that will help.

I had a leak in my door right after I got the unit I took it into the dealer with the complaint and they put on the drip rail on the bottom of the door said "it was installed wrong" I continued to have the leak and finally decided to take of the drip rail. I now have no real leak. Oh yeah every once in a while I will get a few drops but the majority of the time no water on the floor. I would look for other places for the leak, like around the wall and enclosure then travelling down.

Shower surrounds are notorious for leaking untill you get every minute gap sealed. I even found one that did not leak for quite some time after showering. Found that when the surround frame was installed that they did not use any sealant on the screws going into the shower pan. Good luck and keep us posted.

I just had my neo-angle shower apart and was surprised at the lack of sealent on the bottom rail.I had leaks since new. After replacin 1 panel I resealed everything with an adhesive clear bathroom chalk. So far its good.No leaks.
