I have been trying to deal with getting a part from powergear for my slide and after 6 weeks they are still "doing Research" to figure out what part I need. It is one of the rollers on the slide rail on the curbside slide. The original part is a plastic roller about 2" in diameter. I went to NAPA today to see if they could supply a steel bearing of the proper size. The exact replacement sized bearing would cost $80 and I would need four to retrofit the slide. Question I have is they have a bearing that is only 1/8" smaller that would cost me $3. Does anyone know if the 1/8" would really make a difference?

Might cause a slight alignment problem. Could you shim up the running surface of the rail 1/16 to made it up or is there contact top and bottom on the brg?

The rollers are fixed and the rail runs over the top of it as the slide extends, retracts. I have a 2007 Gulfstream Yellowstone 389Y on a FRED chassis. Powergear slides and levelers.

do google search on the bearing napa wants to sell you ,i would bet there are a lot of hits that will give you what you need at a resonable price
2nd thought if you can spec it out and know some one with a lathe a block of the right material (delrin comes to mind) and in 10 minutes you got your part and 2 spares
good luck and happy rving
