Under the kitchen sink in my sun voyager there is a switch with a orange light directly under it. The switch looks just like a light switch you would find in your home with the exception of the light when it's turned on. I have read my owners manual four times and there's no mention of this switch. I need some direction. 2006 Sun Voyager.

It probably is the switch to turn on electric water heater element. Make sure you have water in heater before turning on

Make sure that you check by the water heater there may be a safety switch that has to be put in the on position for the heating element to work. I have the lighted wall switch inside the coach also but there is a second switch in the water heater compartment that had a pin in it that had to be removed and switched to the on position. Most likely to keep some one from turning it on with the tank dry.

It is the electric water heater. The dealer said it was gas only and to didn't look like the one on my Jayco TT. This will save me a ton of money in propane. Thanks for the input. I turned the switch on and left the gas heater off and about an half hour later I had hot water.
