When my wife and I returned from our latest trip, we noticed the refrigerator was sitting at an unusual angle. The top had fallen back into the hole and when we opened the freezer door, it scraped and damaged the moulding.

Took it in to an RV dealer and approximately $250.00 later learned that the brackets holding it in (on the top) had broke. They were made of aluminum and apparently traveling across country, Canada and Mexico, had stressed them to a breaking point.
Had new brackets made (using heavy metal) and all is okay.
For those who have this type of refrigerator in their coach, I would suggest you check the brackets and replace if needed.
