I'm not real handy, but can't you just pull the floor up from the top?

New RVER, Adding support may be a good idea, but if the floor is sagging you most likely have water damaged floors & the best way to fix this is to replace the floor. In the long run it is probably easier to replace the floor than to drop the tanks & add support. I would think that once you went to the trouble of dropping the tanks you would find that the floor needs replacing also. With the floor out you should be able to add the new support if needed without removing the tanks.

Just a thought, and I imagine you are very sure where your floor is sagging or weak. I have gs 35ft endura. Floor sagged or weak when bought it used. More I looked, I found that sag was over the rear axle, that in this spot there is more space between the floor joists than any of other joists. So, Motorhomes of Texas for very nominal fee added a brace and all is fine. Realize this probably not your issue due to location, but mention so might help.
