Is there an easy way to keep the front TV from turning off while coach is moving?

Easiest is to run an extention cord from an outlet that doesn't turn off.

It is usually a special outlet, with a relay built into it. For a permanent change, just replace the outlet with a standard duplex receptacle from any home center.

I will second "Plug into a different outlet" however.. A warning: Laws in all states far as I know say that if you are going down the road with that tv on.. Ticket time.

I didn't know about the law against that TV being on while underway. I am thinking about replacing the TV soon with a LCD or LED unit. I will look at the outlet then. I am not getting a antenna signal now and I think it's because the TV is not digital and I don't have a converter box.

Without the digital converter box, you will not get a signal on an analog TV. Your current antenna will work fine on digital signals though, so don't let a know-nothing sales man sell you a new antenna. You can add a Wingman to the regular bat-wing to get better reception.

Do I need one converter for each TV or just one where the antenna goes into the splinter box?

It all depends. The converter box will be your channel changer. If you're happy with the same channel showing on all tv's, then one converter where the antenna comes it will work just fine. (I did it for about 6 months before the rear TV fried itself and the replacement has digital built in).
If you prefer to have separate channel controls for each tv, you'll need multiple converter boxes.
