I am thinking of replacing both TV's the DVD/VHS/Sound system with new equipment. I will need to run HDMI cable through the motor home somehow. Has anybody done this, is the ceiling accessible both walls have slides so not to interested in trying that unless it’s the only way. Its a 2005 Gulfstream Sun Voyager.
Any advice?
Jim

The Crown Molding on either side is where goof stream runs all there wiring incluidng Audio/video. I at first tried fishing new cable but could not so I removed the drivers side molding and ran the new audio/video cables. It can be done.

Getting wiring into the slide outs is fairly easy but you have to do it from the bottom. You can use the refrigerator vent as a chase from top to bottom if it is on a main wall cabinet. Good luck and keep us posted.

I asked Gulfstream if they did that type of work and if not could they make a suggestion as to how. They answered my email the same day, which has been my experience, they do not but Mike's Custom paint does. Also same suggestions as the two posts.
Looks like this will be a slow process. Have molding and refrigerator on passenger side. Lots to remove before and after, however, the chase must go to the top and RV Wizard suggested and it is parallel to the entertainment station on the other side. That would be a short snake task.
Will keep you up to date.
Jim
