Who installed my a/c and radiator belts ?

This was a response I recieved on my thread "Our Cat C7 doesn't like us"
So if I understand buck62 there is a good chance Gulf Stream installed the radiator/ AC and belts. I thought a chassis was complete when purchased and shipped to whoever the MH is being built by...I am just trying to see if others think GS may have installed the now bad AC unit..Peace D

The basic belt(s) will come on the chassis but coach builder may add or change to another to meet needs. Both the chassis mfg and the coach builder will have a hand in the dash air conditioning system. Chassis mfg installs compressor and runs refrigeration lines and coach builder installs the evaporator and blower assembly.
