'03 Magna Resort Zone 2 Issues
We purchased the Magna a year ago next month. There was an issue from the git go with the thermostat not bringing up the furnace fan in zone two. We had the thermostat changed at OMC this summer and life was good. This past week while in Montana the zone 2 fan is misbehaving again.
We have a Hurricane furnace which works nicely. The furnace will work in zone 2 but the fan will not come on. If I put the mode selector to Fan the Fan will come on. When I then go to furnace the Fan turns off. Thermostat temp is set way above room temp, but no go.
All other systems work ok: A/C, heat pumps, furnace and fan in zone 1.
So what changed.......? Then only thing I can determine that changed was while having solar installed we turned off all power to the coach (shore, inverter). Don't know if that caused the issues or not.
Before leaving home I checked out the furnace and generator for full function. All worked well, and the thermostat worked on all zones with the furnace/fans.
Operator error??
