05 Allure Front Tv Replacement Issue

We just purchased a 05 Allure 470 and found a 43" Toshiba that was perfect height, just needed to add 1/2" filler strip to sides. Finished the install and tv works fine with antenna but has no color with dvd. Receiver has 3 video RCA and 2 Audio RCA outputs- Tv only has 1 video RCA and 2 audio RCA inputs along with the HDMI inputs. Only one of the three video outputs from receiver has picture and its black and white. The Jamco receiver does not have any HDMI outputs otherwise I'd run a HDMI cable between the two and be done. Has anyone else ran into this issue?

Does the TV had an S video input? If so, you could use an S video cable.

Or, get a new DVR. They are pretty cheap these days and all have HDMI outputs.

Was the DVR connected directly to the old TV you removed?

Thanks for reply. I ended up replacing VCR which we'll never use with a new DVD player and ran a HDMI cord to the tv and RCA audio to DVR. Was actually very simple and the Sony DVD was only $39. I will need to replace the DVR at some point - only front speakers work and until I find a replacement I doubled up the rear speakers into front outputs.
