Be sure to remove and clean the aerators on each faucet. Sand and deposits build up there even though it’s downstream of the filter.

Just had Carrier find that the check valves where clogged (removed one) also changed the filter in the plumbing bay. Thinking it could have been dirty water from the fresh water tank. Plan on changing the plumbing bay filter more often.

We have a 2001 Intrigue and the whole house filter is in the bay that houses the power cord drum. It is behind a panel next to the wet bay.

Are these check valves easy to get to? Can they be removed to clean without removing the complete valve?

The check valve he removed was in the Aqua Hot bay. Above the Aqua Hot there is a flap with a big sign "NOT FOR STORAGE" open that and look to the left.

Ok, I thought you where talking about the valve in the wet bay.

Finally found it

I finally found the water filter. I accidentally opened the wrong bay door looking for an item and there it was in the bay with the aqua hot.
