1988 Country Coach puzzles

I have recently imported a Country Coach SE 36' Detroit diesel pusher to Australia and i am in the process of modifying it to enable it to be registered here,i have had it dual wired to 240/110v,i had to remove the propane tank as they do not comply to Aust.standards and install a lpg tank for the generator,i also installed 2x 9KG lpg gas bottles for the cooking ,refrig, water heater, and heating as they are the maximum allowed, the coach is in the process of having the steering moved from LHD to RHD which is being done using 90 degree bevel boxes and a cross shaft,i did not get a coach manual with the purchase only a chassis manual and i would dearly love to lay my hands on one as i am confused by the following 1,on the LHS of the entrance in the seat wall there is a box with "Black Bart" on it with a switch, light and dual control..WHAT THE HECK IS THIS.2.under the shelf under the sink there is a white plastic box with 2 wires running to the water heater WHAT THE!!!! 3.how does the inverter operate mine lights up and tests OK but i dont seem to get power to the power outlets, does the engine need to be running?4.the chassis and coach battery disconnect switches don't appear to operate any advice would be appreciated 5.on the LHS of the steering column there is a special circular key operated electrical switch WHAT THE!!!! These are the main problems i am trying to nut out any advice would be appreciated or perhaps help to where i could get a coach manual.
Regards from Down Under
