We have a washer dryer unit. We've owned our unit about 17 months and have yet to use it

Mine has a combo unit in it.
Works good but takes a long time to dry and The tub on it is pretty small.

Our 98 has one, works well but not intended for a weeks worth at a time. Have used it several times when we didn't want to make the effort to hit the coin op units in the parks.

Have a much newer unit, an '09 with stacked units and 240 volt dryer. Bought it late Feb 2015. Have yet to try the washer, but did try the dryer. Next trip is May 1st so will give both a try.

washer/dryer replies

Thanks for all the replies, I'm about to close a deal on a 97 Allure and that's the one thing there is no pictures of and nothing mentioned in all the correspondence I've had with the current owner....

I would place a W/D about 15th on my list of priorities for buying a coach. Not only do they take up a closet full of space, they don't hold a lot and take quite awhile (and power) to dry clothes, even when you shake the clothes out after the wash cycle.

If you really want one, they can be added, and can be sourced from used parts places, since most of them are rarely used.

washer/dryer

Thanks for the inputIt wasn't high on my list when I went looking, the length due to the trailer I'll be pulling, the engine trans and frame in the coach is the priority, engine and trans second to the frame, I'll be pulling between 14-18k

Legally, my towed weight is limited (by the hitch rating and GCVW) to about 7K. Some get to 10K.

These factors might be of concern to your 14 -18k goals?
