2000 CC Intrigue Millenium Edition

I found a 2000 40' Intrigue Millenium Edition and am wondering if this model has any known issues I should be aware of? It has the 350 Cummins which I've heard is pretty solid. All of the maintenance is up to date including about 12k in maintenance completed in the last 12-18 months. The batteries are 1 yr old and the tires are 4 yrs old. I think this is the first year for the independent front suspension which I like. I don't know if the wet PTO issue is relevant to this model or not? This would be our first coach and although I've done extensive research there's always more to be learned. The seller is asking $50k which seems to be fairly reasonable for the outstanding condition of this unit. It has about 90k miles. Any input is appreciated.

Sounds like a good price to me. I wanted nothing but ifs. We took out over a dozen CCs and to tell you the truth I couldent tell the differance from solid and the ifs. We ended up with a solid.

The '00 is a good solid coach, one of the good years. I have 120,000 on my '02 and other than normal maintenance and a cracked exhaust manifold, it has been trouble free.

The ISC does not have a PTO to worry about.

What maintenance was done to cost $12K?

It is - seems like he had almost everything serviced. Which on the one hand is good but also makes me wonder why all of that had to be done at the same time.

Regardless, I may have let my enthusiasm get the best of me. My wife, after much deliberation, feels that we need two couches in the front to sleep more people. This coach does not have that. Also after thinking it through even more thoroughly this one is just too far away geographically for me to arrange.

I appreciate the feedback though. I did find a Monaco Dynasty yesterday that might be better suited for my needs. And is a lot closer to where I live!
