2006 Inspire DaVinci chassis battery

Does anyone recall the original chassis battery used in this coach? I bought mine used and it came with a single 8D group battery (1050 cranking amps). Just curious if this was what was standard for the coach new or if the previous owner(s) modified it.

Carl
I see you found the answer, 4 6v batteries for the house and 1 8D for the chassis.
How do you like your new ride?

We're enjoying it. Quite a difference from our previous coach. (08 Seneca 35GS)

Do you know if the coach came with any sort of engine manual from Cat? I bought this used and it came with a lot of manuals and information, but there was nothing from CAT. The only engine information that I have is found in the CC owners manual

We have the ISL in our Allure. It also came with one chassis 8D battery for starting duty. When I replaced it, a nice CC owner on Yahoo Owner Groups, told me to check out the CAT Maintenance Free 8D. He said it had the highest CCA that he could find, and MF has much less (I've had zero) gassing.

So our Cummins, is started by a CAT!

Best,
Smitty
