2019 Quartzsite meet up info

1st thing:
I am going to make reservations at Silly Al’s for 3:00 on Wednesday the 23rd, and need a head count by Saturday. So let me know if and how many are coming.
Text me at (405)*517-1377

Still planning on arriving at Quartzsite on the 17th.

The “official” meet up is on the 23rd. and will be on Plamosa rd.

Barbara and I will be camping with a group from escapes, however,

There are several CCer’s that have indicated they would like to camp together. Some of those are on the Facebook group “Country Coach owners group and some are on irv2 Country Coach owners group

So maybe someone could make that happen up on Plamosa Rd. also.

Look forward to meeting everyone soon.

No Silly Al’s reservations!

They aren’t taking reservations till February.

So what do you guys want to do?
They said we can just show up and there may be a wait. ( probably).
I’m voting for that since that is what we have been planning.
Just more time to visit while waiting. 😊
Open to suggestions...

We can call ahead and order two or three pizzas to "prime the pump" and then more after we arrive.

Latest update

Ok we have a problem.
Went by Silly Al’s about 2:30 today and it was packed.
No way are we going to get 24 to 30 people together in there.
What do you guys want to do.
Eat on your own or send out for pizza or BBQ and eat at the meet up.
Just suggestions would like to hear from you.

What ever any one wants to do on the food.

We're happy to fend for ourselves foodwise. Our plan is to drive the toad to Quartzsite, tour the Big Tent, chat with you all, and head back to Phoenix (Anthem) at 4:00PM. We'd love to bring the Coach but the logistics make that impractical for us on a day trip. This would be an opportunity to discuss what we all find in Quartzsite and kick around some ideas for a possible gathering next year.

OK I think we have a location
Should know for sure in the morning and I will post coordinates and directions.

I believe the hot dogs will be the simplest and allow the most time to interact with each other. Post more tomorrow.
