3 one way minor electrical devices

This seems to have happened all at the same time. Both front and driver privacy shades are now one way devices. Driver shade goes down and not up. Front goes up and not down. Plus pedal adjust comes out but will not go in. Pedal may have failed earlier, do not recall exactly. Privacy shades both failed after house battery went low, but all is charged now at 13.1v. Still no workee. Pedal adjust not a big deal but since they are all the way out, my leg gets numb now, but is a fine position for DW- guess she will drive from now on...
Sunscreen visor works fine all the way around both directions. Fuse box has fuse for visor, do not know it this applies to shades also, but fuse is good anyway. Next is actual switches continuity check I guess. Last detail: When push the switch, I hear a beep, then no response. In the working direction, I also get the beep, then movement.
Not a big deal I know, but it is 95 stupid degrees here with brutal sun and the main front shade is UP!

You might try pulling the fuse that powers the shades, wait a minute, then reinstall the fuse. Perhaps a controller needs to be reset. It might also be reset by using the chassis (or house, according to how they're wired) disconnect and then turning on again.

You might look up the brand and model of your shades to find a manual for your shade controller. Since you mention you hear a beep, it most likely has a controller for the shade motors.

Well, The MCD shades lost the programming in a strange sort of way , making them one way operation. The limit was set to disallow operation in the other direction. Still have not figured out the pedals adjustment. No movement at all but have not found a fuse for this. I believe the pedals are at the farthest out setting , hence no more travel available.

This might or might not work.. I have a switch I need to clean (works one way, not the other just like yours, different switch)

Remove all power from the circuit. Now this might need nothing more than "Turn Ignition Off" or "Operate Battery Disconnect"

Or pull a fuse Or disconnect the switch (Label all wires) and remove from panel

Operate switch, both ways like 100 times

Re-connect and see if it works.

IF IT DOES Say then you have a choice to make.

1: Go buy lotto tickets cause when you hot you hot
2: Do not buy lotto tickets cause you done used up your "LUCK" quoto for the week.
