Accelerator Problems

Hi folks, here’s what I got going could use some advice. The coach is a 1995 CC Intrigue with a 300 Cummings, my problem starts with the accelerator. When I start the engine and let the air pressure build @ 120 – 130 psi, and try to accelerate I cannot push the accelerator down! I can sometimes get the accelerator to engage but I have to push very slowly on it and that want always work. I’m sure I left out information that would help you make an educated guess, I’ll be glad to add any info that will help you help me. Thanks in advance…..

My 1995 CC rig has an Air Throttle.

Perhaps some lube is needed behind the fuel pedal if it resists foot pressure.
