Adding Exterior 120VAC outlet
I have been surprised to find that a coach that cost as much as the Allure when new has no outside AC outlet/s. Even my entry-level Winnebago Journey had one AC outlet on the passenger side. DW likes to plug in rope lights and other 'tacky' lighty things at times.
So, I added one today. The only outlet outside the living area was the one in the first large storage bay. Looks like it was for a TV and/or freezer. I decided to run a wire to the adjacent storage with the LP tank since it has no floor. That way, I can plug something into an outlet and drop the cord down under the coach and close the door.
I attached a right angle male plug to some romex and installed some water tight conduit and a water tight outlet in the LP bay.

Nice install , but if , the plug is not already GFIC protected, it might be a good idea to add one down there. Particularly for rope lights, if their used on the ground.

Mine has that too. That is what I have the line to the new outlet plugged into. However, it is hard to get to and you have to have that big storage bay door open to use it. I guess you could plug something into that outlet and close the door on the cord but I wanted something a bit more easy to access.

I believe the existing outlet is wired to a GFCI outlet in the coach. I will verify that. If not, I will change to GFCI.

In spite of having no well founded practical reason, I would not want to introduce the chance for an electrical 120vac spark in my propane tank compartment.
The only wiring in that compartment on my rig is 12vdc compartment light on a pin switch.
