RESOLVED!!

Found a great shop just minutes from my location. Replaced a bad brake chamber. Internal leak. Also checked both front wheel seals. 1.5 hr. Did a LOF also, total less than just the LOF alone at Cummins.

15 mins on the road, rock steady pressure.
