Another dumb question-shower shutoff valves

Sorry to keep bothering you all, we just picked up this coach and found the water to the shower and washing machine are turned off. Went through the manuals and there is no indication where the shutoffs might be. I think it was winterized and these drained and shut off but don't know where to go look to turn back on.

2002 Allure galley slide, shower is on the passenger side.

Thanks.

My GUESS is that there is a plug in the lines, as opposed to a shut off. It could be that the faucet & shower head are plugged with mineral deposits.
To test, on whichever one you can get to the easiest, try taking the water line off the back of the faucet (do this with the water turned off and the pressure relieved from the lines). Then have somebody turn on the water while somebody else is holding the line into a bucket or something, ready to shout 'turn it off!'. If you've got water that far, then the issue is a plug in the faucet.

Neither hot or cold pass any water at all. Also no water to the Splendide installed next to the shower. The rest of the coach the plumbing works like new, absolutely no clogging or mineral deposits on the faucet heads.

This really acts like the two lines are shut off somewhere.

When I bought my 2002 the shower didn’t work at all no hot or cold water. Found the faucet was stuck shut. It is a quality Moen unit and they have a lifetime warranty called Moen and they sent a new cartridge the original was frozen. After replacing it the cold water worked but no hot found a second valve in the faucet stuck. Called Moen again for this part. This time they offered a new valve for small fee which I felt was very fair now I have a new faucet and a good spare.
