Another exceptional service experience

Once again, Oregon Motorcoach Center (OMC) has proven it's motto "Driving the new standard in service" to be true. Not only did they provide excellent technical service, but they really went beyond the call of duty to make our stay (involving 2 nights in a hotel so they could keep the coach inside) as easy as possible. Brenda in the office was especially terrific. Of course, I think we provided entertainment for her between ordering a Papa Murphy's pizza from Junction City, KANSAS (didn't know there was a Junction City there, thanks iPhone) and helping me replace my dead Kindle, she was always helpful!

I've heard many fine reports about this place. I spoke to them about a pre-purchase inspection of a coach we were considering and they were not only happy to do it at a very reasonable cost, but also gave me key things to look for before going any further into the sale that can be issues with the particular year/model we were looking at.

Nice operation!

That sounds like them! They consistently go the extra mile for us. Now if they'd just move the whole operation closer to Sacramento for us ...
