Antifreeze bleed off

Antifreeze is bleeding from the apparatus in the corner. Is this normal.

Are you sure its not hydraulic fluid? Are you running cat elc? Im not sure of any cooling lines on that side.

It looks like it is a line running from the hydronic heating unit in the lower Bay
