Bedside counter tops missing?

Every country coach I have ever seen( a lot of them, researched and looked for three years) in person or pics has countertops matching top on the nightstands in the bedroom(corian?). Mine does not. just a flat carpet area. Was this an option or even a delete option? There is zero evidence anything was ever mounted there. Cannot even figure out how a Corian top would be attached. Seems strange, maybe Kevin w can make some from original pattern and color?

Often countertops are just glued down, sometimes with silicone caulk. If it was silicone, it can be peeled off leaving no evidence it was there.

My night stands don’t have corian tops on them . I think I like them better without. On a different note I just replaced the plastic bathroom sink with a ceramic china sink looks much better.
