Purchased 45 ft 2006 CC Magna 630 with 3 Brustor window awnings with remote controls. Nothing works after installing new batteries in the remotes. I have no literature and am at a loss trying to find any. The Belgium company doesn't seem to have any support available on the internet, and CC charges $25.00 for each tech support call, plus another $25.00 for any PDFs they send out. Can anyone direct me to a source for help?

You might want to contact Kevin Waite. You can get his info and also read rv service reviews about him here RV Service Reviews

He might charge but he will get you fixed up. He also has a lot of CC parts that the factory doesn't have and can't or won't get. Good upstanding guy
