Buying 2006 Da Vinci 40

Purchased a 2006 Da Vinci 40 today with 46000 mi.
Having an independent RV service center checking it out . That will take three days.
Any thoughts oor interactive comments of my choice of year and model?

We are purchasing a 2006 CC Magna 630 Rembrandt, quad slide 45 foot. I have heard nothing but praise for Country Coach from owners and non owners alike. You seem to have made a fabulous choice.

Check the age of the tires. Miles don't mean as much as age in many cases. RV tires may need replacing after 6 or 7 years regardless of miles.

I just heard about a dry versus wet PTO for the fan cooling. This was a recall item on most of these coaches. You might want to check on this.

I loved the way our 45 footer with tag axle drove. Fantastic ride. I think you will love it.

As a used vehicle you should consider Extended Service Contract. They aren't cheap, but these coaches are loaded with expensive items that you might need to replace.

Great choice Jim, hope you have as many trouble free miles as i have. Handling is superb, and overall build is second to none.
