Can anyone recommend a shop to do alignment work on a 2002 CC somewhere near Ft. Worth TX?

I am not a motorhome tech but this is what I have found.

I don't believe it's much of a deal to align the front-end of a bus. It isn't like a car so most all dealers who sell truck tire and/or work on large trucks can check the alignment and adjust if necessary.

You may want to first check it yourself with a tape measure. Check the distance across the front from tire to tire using the same tread groove on both sides. Then check the same measurement on the back side and compare the distances.

I think the front should be about 1/16 of an inch smaller. That is, the toe-in should be about 1/16 of an inch.

Someone who knows more than me can come up with the correct tow-in if my number is wrong.

The camber, or the amount the tires lean in or out can be checked with a level placed against the rims but only with the coach set for highway travel. If they do lean in or out, it may be the leveling system is setting the ride height incorretly and it is not the front end.

NOTE: If your coach is equiped with Goodyear tires, they have a history of excessive wear on the outside tread block. This is compounded by the severe wheel cut of the coach.

I've had issues with this alignment topic in the past. I've gone to more than one truck center for alignments and come to find out they can do it if it's a straight axle, but can't if it's got IFS...... Independent Front Suspension!
A CC has IFS.......

thanks, Mr. MAC-aroni. :-) I guess I was aware of that but didn't know what front end C.C. uses. The guy who needs this is coming from Australia again and is trying to get away from all those fires over there. He has a coach on each continent, but doesn't own as many as YOU do! You must be a rich guy? LOL
