Yours looks like the Non-Wrap version.

Perhaps if you measure your current notch size and match it to the available hinge size in the chart you could narrow it down?

Then measure the door overlap length to affirm?

I have never done this before so my 2 cents worth should not engender confidence.......

The model number is generally stamped on the hinge.

If numbers are not visible first determine if your door is inset or not. An inset door will have a 3/8" x 3/8" rabbet at the edge.

If door has no rabbet, you will need to determine the overlay (how far the door overlaps the frame).

As deandec mentioned, it appears to be a non-wrap (N/W) hinge.

We have same and you will not find it at any big box or general hardware store...We looked.

In Fresno we have one place that has or can get anything...Fresno Ag Hardware...

They had a book about 6 inches thick of darn near anything and that part is in it.

It was distributed by a supply house also in Fresno and they got them in a week as I was not in a hurry and that was their stock cycle.

They are only a few bucks each.

If you have one of the good hardware stores local you may be okay.

Or call Fresno Ag hardware in Fresno Ca and they can look it up.

It is a knife hinge and you have the name and sending the photo will help.

Buy extras!

Those hinges are great and they do require a saw cut in the door.

Order extras for new projects...
