Am not sure but there are several Cat web sites that list all their motors and give specs for each of them. Google is your friend.

Exactly.
We have a Cummins ISX and have to be careful looking up the specs as Cummins has made the ISX is various HP/torque ratings. Ours is 650/1950, others are 600/1850 with different prak rpm. Then there are the OTR trucks and they are different too. Some have less HP but more torque.

So CAT didn't do like Cummins and produce various ratings for different applications? They only had one rating for different uses?

The Cat C-12 engine had several HP ratings, from 410 HP. All had 1550 Lb-Ft of torque. The ones used in Country Coaches had 455 HP early on, and later went 505 HP.

I had a C-12 in a 2001 Freightliner FL113. Upon delivery the engine was rated at 410Hp and 1450 lb Ft of torque @ 1200rpm. A couple years later we had Cat reprogram the engine for the maximum available horsepower and torque. Given the radiator, intercooler, turbo, etc, Cat allowed a reprogram to 430Hp and 1650 lb Ft of torque @ 1200rpm. The additional 200 lb Ft of torque made a noticeable difference in drivability. The C-12 had higher Hp ratings in different applications, but 430Hp was all they would give us for this truck.

What transmission do you have? I believe the Alison 3000 is torque limited to 1250 ft-lbs. The 4000 is is higher but don't recall the exact figures.

The C-12 was coupled with the 4060/4000MH. Even the 3176 (10L w/1350 Lb-ft) in our previous 1995 Affinity had the 4060 Allison.

i believe you are around 1800 to 1900 ft lb torque. way more than you should need in a light coach.
