Hello brickatnight,

Usually, under dash to the right of the steering wheel in a taped bundle of wiring.

I do believe the factory people entertain themselves by hiding the baggy with the antenna ends. I finally found mine on the far left of the steering column. I even tried taking the window moulding off and yanked on the wires, didn't work. Have one of the little chilrens crawl around under the dash, they are good at finding surprises.

Looks like everyone told you where to look for the radio end, not the antenna end.

What I owuld do is run a new coax and not worry about the factory installed one.

I would mount a Firestick on the sidewall above the driver's head. You should be able to find some structure there to tap into and get a ground. Use a stud finder to find the tubing. Drill a hole into the coach and use a cable clam available at any marine supply store to seal the coax.

Brickatnight,

Mia Culpa...you are correct Don. The antenna end should be connected when manufactured so that is why everyone including me thought you meant the CB end.

dons2346 is correct! I did some research and found my "antenna end" wire was behind the overhead speaker but it was buried in Styrofoam and would not pull free. I was reluctant to pull any harder or cut at it so I left it and mounted a Firestick as dons2346 suggested

I have an NGP Firestick over my head. Actually it's #2. #1 got hit by lightning and blew up the antenna and the CB radio.
