CC Air Horns
Still learning and tweaking this beast. My previous coach had Hadley horns..... two trumpets mounted together with that characteristic dual note train horn sound.
The Allure horns sound much different....I can only hear one tone, sort of muffled. Inside the coach, they are definitely not as loud as the Hadleys I had on the Journey but that may be due to better insulation on the Allure. Outside, it sounds like they both work but they just don't sound right to me.

Hmmm, I've never listened from the outside so have nothing to compare to. Mine sounds quite loud on the inside although very tolerable.

The horns on my Intrigue have always had one tone. They are loud enough to get your attention

My rig has Hadley horns on top.
I had to remove the rear cap of the horns and clean that area out to get full volume.
Since I have not used them in more than 6 years, I do not know if they would be loud today.

I plan to take them apart when the weather permits. I understand there are rebuild kits/diaphragms for them.
That may be my issue since they sound like someone stuck a sock in them .

Go Air Horns
My '98 Allure has ABS plastic horns from a company called "Go Air Horns" in Thousand Palms, CA. They are original, and have the old "CC" logo on the front shields. A Google search leads me to no where useful, and I'm not sure if this company is any longer in operation.
The ABS shields in front of the bells are cracked, the screw mounts are broken, and one shield has already fallen off (but found in the campground). They still make sound ok, but I don't really have anything to compare that to. I'm making some repairs with epoxy and plastic tie wraps, but it looks like complete replacement for these is in the future.
Has anyone found this same "Go Air Horn" brand to replace with, or have you used Hadley or other brands? Can I reuse the same air lines and just replace the bells?

Here is info on Go Air Horns. Might give them a call and see what they have to offer. In any case, you can use the same air line.

I had Hadley's on my old mh and were pretty loud. My Magna has Grover and they sound more like a 18 wheeler horn and are loud also from the outside not very loud sounding while inside.
